1. Discovery
We clarify the non-clinical problems you are trying to solve, which teams are involved, and what a practical outcome looks like for your leadership group.
2. Written proposal
You receive a written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, milestones, estimated timeline, and pricing in USD. No work begins until you approve this in writing.
3. Payment & scheduling
Once you approve the proposal, we confirm a start date and send a digital invoice or Stripe-hosted payment link aligned to the agreed billing schedule.
4. Delivery & review
We hold working sessions, share drafts, and deliver final documents and recommendations. We close with a short review and next-step suggestions.

Reports, workflows, and dashboard designs are shared as digital files for your internal teams and vendors.
Support & follow-up
Questions are handled via email and scheduled calls, with typical response times of 24–48 business hours.
